Custom orders are welcomed. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for orders to be made and shipped for any leather item.Leather bags, garments and jackets are to be decided via buyer/seller communication on this website only.

Please Note: Deposits are required for ALL LEATHER items only.

No deposit is required for Cork Fabric items.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All custom orders will be agreed and verified via an email agreement between buyer and s m o k e + a r r o w  Leather.

Designs and measurements are verified via email conversations. Please use the contact page to contact s m o k e + a r r o w Leather for specifics regarding your wishes on style, size, measurements and decorative choices or you can email at

The agreement requires a 50% deposit on all LEATHER orders. No exceptions. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced on your order following the agreed quote that is submitted and agreement verified. This is to protect me as the artisan from loss of materials and supplies.

 A quote will be submitted to buyer for review and  final agreement completed.

 

A payment request via PayPal will be sent to buyer to complete the deposit. Buyers are not required to have a PayPal account in order to submit payments,

 

 All custom orders require  a 14  business day grace period to complete. However, this is not a guaranteed service and is dependent on existing backlog when your order is received. It's usually not a problem.

 

Accurate measurements are important

 

The full balance on custom orders must be completed prior to final shipping.

 

 Note: There is a 30 day time requirement for final payment after completion to be paid prior to product being placed for public sale unless otherwise agreed by 

s m o k e + a r r o w Leather.

 

Custom orders are not refundable.

 

 All designs submitted or made as a result of your order become the exclusive property of s m o k e + a r r o w Leather  and may not be used for any purpose without the written permission of s m o k e + a r r o w Leather.

s m o k e + a r r o w Leather  reserves the right to change and modify product specifications if necessary to complete a satisfactory product.

Note: metallic, beaded, and gemstone finishes are decorative and are not warrantied by s m o k e + a r r o w  Leather.  Metallic and florescent finishes are light sensitive and may fade in sunlight. All dyed leather, including any metallic and florescent finishes, cannot be refinished by s m o k e + a r r o w Leather
